Program Overview :
The curriculum for NAU’s graduate programs is structured to take nine core courses and select three elective courses depending on the area of concentration. Emphasis areas are offered in Health Care Administration, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, and Management.

Masters of Business Administration:
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is designed to provide business students a thorough understanding of theory and application related to the business environment so they can collect and analyze data, formulate analytically sound decisions, and understand their likely consequences.
The MBA provides you with an innovative curriculum that includes both the traditional MBA content areas as well as the rapidly changing skills needed for effective leadership and management. You will gain an integrate knowledge of accounting, marketing, management information systems, organizational behavior, finance, economics, operations management and quantitative analysis.

Masters of Management:
The Master of Management (MM) program is developed for students with diverse professional backgrounds who hold undergraduate degrees in a variety of disciplines. This master’s degree program will incorporate more of a focus on the ‘soft skills’ of management as opposed to the quantitative side of business that is the focus of the MBA program.
The MM degree program is designed to help the student develop a well-rounded portfolio of management knowledge, skills, and abilities and a holistic view of the organization.
